My husband and I drove a box truck (with no radio or cell phone charger) from Seattle to Minnesota. This is one of the scenes that caught my eye as we traveled. Although we were on a deadline and didn't have much time for stopping, I convinced him to stop for a bit during sunset. I love how the road far off in the distance wanders gently through the terrain.

Creating art is what makes me feel the most alive. It’s as if when my paintbrush touches the canvas, I’m able to breathe deeply and experience life more vividly.
My time is spent being a momma to two delightful girls and the wife to a handyman who makes me laugh and makes the best buffalo wings (and pretty much any food!)
