Inspiration from above, as seen at 14,000 feet. I see inspiration in the skies frequently. This was taken flying over the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California.     Since 2008 I have been piloting a Cirrus aircraft around many of the spectacular mountain and desert areas of the Western United States. I have experienced, and collected some special "images from 14,000 feet", that few people, other than General Aviation Pilots, ever experience. Some of these images are displayed on these pages.
