As a photographer, I enjoy being able to turn everyday objects into something new and to give you a new perspective. The juxtaposition of dark vs light: the soft beautiful flowers against the gritty dark background. It turns something always thought of as soft and feminine into something that can be viewed as rugged and masculine too.

My observation of nature drives me to photograph her. The different ways that trees look, the sounds of bee's buzzing by my ear, or the beauty of flowers blowing in a field.
