My southwestern upbringing in New Mexico is the source of my inspiration for this print. I love the endlessly unique shapes of prickly pears against the wide open sky. This print was first hand carved and printed as a block print and then digitized.

From there I began to make cards for friends’ and family members’ birthdays and weddings.
