This print is an abstract monotype created while working with a live model. After drawing and painting directly onto a plate, I printed the image onto paper for a one-of-a-kind monotype. I have always loved working from observation with a model, working at the moment responding to the lines, shapes, and forms of the body. Working from the figure is challenging and inspiring: there is always something new to discover.
