I was inspired to create a fun and abstract piece using the plant kingdom as inspiration. I've always loved the way things appear under a microscope; the strange and foreign looking shapes, the incredible colours and textures. This piece is a representation of that world. I have added small pencil details in white, elements that tell a story and add another dimension to the piece and giving it a more 'mixed media' feel. This is a stand-alone piece.
