About the work
Taking photographs of nature is a great way for me to connect with the outdoors. In this photograph, I got as close as I could to this beautiful flower, and was able to capture it in a way that makes the petals look like pink rushing water. The bright yellow center is in focus, and the composition leads the eye into the photograph.
