About the work

Asunción, Capital City of Paraguay, was colonized by the spanish around the 16th century. Most remnants of their culture are still present, and they can be seen pretty much everywhere, some turned into humble restaurants like this one, and others recognized as world heritage. All an attraction to tourists, historians and photographers alike.
