By focusing her attention on the architectural details of our built environment, Angie creates bold, simple, elegant interpretations of the world around us. Rather than showcasing the obvious, she strives to celebrate those unexpectedly iconic elements hiding in plain sight. This image was taken as one Ferris Wheel was being dismantled to be replaced by another. Rare to see one without its carts. Hence the title, Stripped.
