One year in Ireland, while driving through the mountains, I saw this beautiful white horse far in the distance in a huge field. Though there didn't seem like there were any paths I could take, I happened to stumble upon a side path as I was leaving. To my excitement, at the end of the path, was a huge open field surrounded by mountains. This horse was standing there so peaceful and I must have caught his eye because he began to make his way over to me. I was so excited that I had my camera with me and immediately began clicking away. He was such a gentle horse and just stood there as if he wanted me to take his portrait.

I fell in love with photography several years ago when I caught myself constantly holding a camera. I loved the feeling that came with capturing something that I could hold on to. My camera has followed me to some pretty amazing places, New York, Paris and Northern Ireland, where I met my handsome husband, Andy. We both love to travel and this is where I find most of my inspiration.
