MINTED FUNDRAISING PROGRAM TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

By accepting membership to Minted's Fundraising Program, you agree to use your unique discount code only for distribution directly to your network of supporters and not to share it with the general public through your website, social media, or any other means. To prevent coupon websites from obtaining your code, please do not publicly post or share it with any audience outside of your network. Should the code be shared or leaked to a site outside of your network (i.e. RetailMeNot), the code will be deactivated and any sales Minted reasonably attributes to the improper use of such code will be deducted from the final total upon which Minted’s donation amount will be based. You will be given a new code and will have the option to participate for the remainder of the promotional period. Minted may, in its discretion, change or deactivate your code if it is shared to the general public.

Your promo code is valid toward all Minted orders, excluding fine art prints (discounts can be applied to children’s art), commissioned art, customizable fine art, all products purchased from the “direct from artist” section of our website, fabric goods, Minted More membership fees, Photo Op or styling or customization services. Discounts may be applied towards any Disney-branded merchandise, however Minted does not pay donations on these orders.

Discounts and donations do not apply to shipping charges or tax, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, including discounted credit.

For orders placed using your unique promo code, your community members will receive 20% off their Minted card and gifts purchases (excluding the items listed above), and Minted will make a donation to your organization in the amount of 15% of every eligible purchase by your community members. Only orders placed using your organization’s unique promotional code will be counted towards the final total donation.

To place an order using the code, your community members must have an account with Minted and agree to Minted’s terms of service and privacy policy. Participants must enter the code at checkout in the “Promo Code” field and click “Apply”. A message will appear below the box confirming your discount has been applied to the order. The 15% donation will be calculated using the same exclusions described above.

All images, copy and designs are the property of Minted and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Minted.

Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Minted’s sole discretion.

Minted may, in its discretion, change the Fundraising program terms and benefits at any time with or without notice.

By joining the Fundraising Program you agree to receive emails, promotions and general messages from the Fundraising Program team (fundraising@minted.com) and you accept that your contact information will be used in accordance with Minted’s privacy policy.
