About the work

I am always drawn to things from the past. The quality and craftsmanship of the way things were built stand the test of time. The letter G is from the Giesche Shoe Store sign, taken in the outskirts of Chicago. The vintage sign in it's grandness was a beacon to the now defunct storefront.
