Charleston, South Carolina is my favorite city in America. There is no more majestic place at dawn than Battery Park. I can't count the number of weddings I've seen in the old gazebo that stands in the middle of the park. Not many views compare to the sun rising over the Atlantic, streaming first light through the majestic oaks of the park.
