My favored technique of wet-on-wet watercolor in this instance insinuates a tranquil landscape. Foliage forms from a dancing brush that flirts with the edge of an almost cloudless blue sky. Bare paper peaks out amidst this rural scene hinting at bursts of natural light. Part one in a series of two.
