Most of my work is inspired by nature, and especially the movement of water. This piece was painted vertically using acrylic ink. I wanted to create an abstract piece with the free flowing motion that you can achieve with acrylic inks. I used a few different brushes to smooth out the ink in certain spots on the piece and when I turned it horizontally a serene and peaceful seascape appeared.
