Watercolor and Sumi Ink. I've been inspired by the Chinese and Japanese landscape paintings. The textures of the rock formations along with the contrasting light and dreamlike skies make them a subject I am constantly exploring. This one with it's smokey sky takes me on a spiritual journey.
