About the work

This piece is inspired by the mysterious rolling hills of the Scottish Headlands. I was attracted to the contrast of light in the sky and the dark rolling hills. I enjoyed the smell of the marine air, the misty feel of the water, and the dramatic coast line of where the water meets the land.
