Creating patterns has always been a passion of mine. Recently, I have enjoyed creating modern interpretations of classic patterns. This abstract art piece uses a pattern within a pattern to create varying lengths of ivy strands arranged in a classic herringbone pattern that layer to form a modern Ikat print.
