About the work

This black and white nature photograph was taken up in the mountains near San Diego, CA. This photograph is a wonderful winter scene taken while hiking at Palomar Mountain. A trip up into the mountains, especially at winter time, can be magical. The clouds were moving through the trees as the weather began to warm up after a light winter snow.
