I live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and love the rural flavor of the land. A beautiful barn sat beside the highway on my route back and forth to the Bay Area. One day it was gone! Fortunately I had taken a picture of it on one of my trips and was able to create an illustration of a barn that is not there any more.
