My "September Trees" watercolour has been inspired by my travels in Ireland. The Irish landscape can be wild and rough. But on this warm September day it showed me its softer side, and just had to capture the dreamy atmosphere of the forest and the way the hills faded into the haze, showing the first signs of autumn.
