The first in a series of two prints, this piece is inspired by antique etchings and illustrations of flora and fauna, particularly winged insects. I painted this watercolor on handmade lokta paper, in a more natural, subdued palette. This gives the piece a charming vintage feel and unique texture. Paired with a reclaimed barnwood frame, this art is a perfect "rustic chic" accent.
