About the work

This paper-cut design for kids features elephants tossing around a cherry in a moonlit landscape. It was made by hand using colored paper with an x-acto knife and glue. It celebrates hand crafted artwork, and shows the texture of the paper, the uneven edges and the layering and shadows of the different collage pieces.
