I've recently been focusing on children's art that is both elegant and timeless. A single white object intricately studied against a white background is both simple and detailed simultaneously, focusing on the subject's essence and no more. I'm drawn to painting clothing as there always seems to be a hidden narrative behind the clothes a person chooses to wear. In this case the classic onesie hints at loving beginnings and future promise.
