This is a set of 5 vintage unused postage stamps. Each stamp has a value of 6 cents.
This beautiful stamp shows a plant called ocotillo (also called candlewood, desert coral, or vine cactus). It grows in the Sonoran and Chihuahuan Deserts of Southwestern US and Northern Mexico. The ocotillo can grow to 33 feet tall. In drier weather, the plant appears dead, but when it rains small leaves and bright crimson flowers appear. Hummingbirds and carpenter bees pollinate the flowers.

Tablo means painting, artwork in Turkish. I started collecting stamps at a young age through a collection passed down to me from my aunt. To me, stamps are small pieces of artwork that tell a story from a particular point in time. They are too beautiful to not be shared with more people. I hope TabloPost will inspire you to decorate your wedding invitation and tell your love story with these small works of art.
