I have spent most of my life in Florida and there are many places I still love to explore in my home state. It’s during these journeys that I find unique details of Florida to photograph, such as this aloe with its serene greens, yellows, and subtle hints of blue.

Living in Florida provides an atmosphere like no other. Blue waters and a coastline of sand that stretches around a gulf, a sea, and an ocean. I spend my time getting lost in my home and relish the unique moments I find. Whether I am in the wilds of the barely trodden, swimming crystalline waters, or strolling groomed gardens of paradise, I find ways to create art that exhibits details of my home through color, texture, and perspective.
