My abstract oils are based on the landscapes and colors I have discovered in my travels...The originals are covered in thick oil textures and washes. My colors reflect the joining of urban and natural atmospheres. There's a smokey evening aesthetic in "HUNT" that I captured one night driving into the city...it was just coming up over the hill and seeing the skyline...
