About the work

My daughter and I were searching for interesting quotes to use in art prints. When we came across this one I instantly fell in love with the whimsical sentiment and the positive message. I set out to paint pineapples in watercolors and then got out the lettering pens to expressively letter the words that would overlay the painting and fit the shape.
