We also love the idea of incorporating our novelty shapes into a day-of stationery suite. A few ideas: Customize the text on a novelty shape and throw into your welcome bags, or use as a sweet thank-you note on top of guests’ menus at the reception.
Order 1-2 months before the wedding to ensure everything is set before the big day.
General production timeline: If your stationery includes proofing, you’ll get a digital proof within 1-2 days of placing your order. Upon your approval, production usually takes 3-5 business days, and shipping time depends on the method you selected. Note: All place cards, table numbers, stickers, and wedding favor tags are not eligible for proofing.
It’s completely up to you! You can order pieces of stationery within the same suite, or you can mix and match between different suites. To find designs that match your invitations, visit the product page for your invitation and scroll down to the “products in the same suite” section. If matching designs are available, you’ll see them listed there. Prefer to mix and match between different suites instead? Browse our collection to get started, or consider booking a free appointment with our concierge.
Escort cards guide guests from cocktail hour to their assigned table, whereas place cards are often placed at a guest’s table to designate their exact seat. They often indicate a guest’s meal choice as well. Seating charts can be used in place of escort cards.
We have:
We offer a variety of shapes for our large-format signs, available in 11" x 14", 16" x 20", and 18" x 24". Shop our selection here.
Weekend itinerary cards convey the details of all your wedding events (like welcome parties, group activities, or farewell brunches) to guests. Assembling welcome bags for yours? Throw these right on top.
We sell tall, standard, square, and vellum menus. Shapes (like rounded corners or waved frame) are available for all standard and square menus.
We suggest using easels, sign holders, or frames. SHop our selection here.
For our uniquely shaped signs, consider a hanging sign stand or easel.
You can filter your search by meal choice on the left-hand side of our place cards shopping page. If you need to indicate individual guest entree preferences to your wait staff, this is a great way to do it.
At this time, we do not support customizing novelty shapes with individual guest names. However, you can work with one of our third-party artists to add hand-drawn calligraphy to each card.
We recommend one menu per place setting for both aesthetic and functionality purposes.
While we don’t offer designated cards for this use case, you can still create these using any place card design by customizing it with the dish name instead of a guest name.
Yes, absolutely! You can either upload your own within our customizer, or use one of our artist-designed illustrations. Browse our selection here. If an illustration includes “custom” in its name, it’s customizable. Read our customization guide to learn more, or schedule a free appointment with our concierge.
We offer a range of design elements that you can purchase and add to your bar signs. These elements include various drink and food icons.
If you want something more customized, feel free to book an appointment with our concierge.
Large signs are printed on our Premium Sign Board, a cool-white, double-thick matboard with a smooth surface and rigid texture. For further paper information regarding our ceremony and reception stationery, visit our stationery guide.
It’s easy! You can either upload a spreadsheet or import the addresses from your wedding website. For further instruction, click “personalize” on your place card, followed by “add guest names” on the left.
Guest name and seating assignments will be added directly to your seating chart within the customizer. If you need a different number of tables, you can add or remove text boxes within the customizer, or submit a design request.
While this type of customization is not available at this time, you may book an appointment with our concierge to discuss alternative options.
Customizable → If you choose, they can match the rest of your day-of stationery as part of a suite, and you’re able to select a specific quantity when you place your order. They’re only available in 5” x 7” (no shape customization) and can be customized with couple’s names and unique table names.
Table number sets → They’re sold in packs of 20 and require no customization. They’re available in fun shapes like oval, scallop, and square. They’ll coordinate with other day-of stationery, though they’re not part of a cohesive suite with matching stationery like signs, menus, etc.
Novelty shapes are small cards (available in 5.5" x 4.25” and 2.5” x 3.5”) available in fun shapes like cowboy boot, lemon, butterfly, peony, and more. While they’re designed to be layered in invitation suites and used as enclosure cards, you can customize the text to serve any purpose that you wish. We’ve seen couples use them for welcome or thank-you notes to guests and place them on reception tables.
