About the work

"Twig- Solitude 02" is a part of a series of graphite drawings, which is focused on implying cautiously the tension all over the world these days. The interpretation of three juxtapositional drawings presents that fleeing into the solitude to be far away from the social, political turmoil might eventually lead to the heartbroken end. When it comes to composition, the dramatic contrast between the white space and a low-key formed subject emphasizes the solitary, senseless thought, and grief, but never give up the silver lining.
