This work represents pools of water and was created by hand using watercolor, then digitally collaged into this composition. The watercolour shapes are rendered in shades of deep blue, in various sizes and opacities, creating a sense of depth and layering. The overall feel of the composition is one of calmness and visual appeal, inspired by qualities often associated with watercolor artwork. I hope this works offers others a sense of calm, hope and optimism.
