This photo was taken at sunrise from the beach on the North Shore of Kauai. The area is remote and isolated, and the beach was empty and still in the early morning light. This photo reminds me of peaceful solitude and reflection. It's a moment of stillness and beauty which is what we came to Kauai to experience, and what this photo always reminds me of.
