This print features a painting that is part of a larger series focusing on the way sunlight interacts with water. There is a duality in vision experienced when viewing water. The possibility of seeing both the sunlight on the surface of the water simultaneously with the sunlight streaming through the depths below the surface is an interesting phenomenon to me, and one I attempted to depict in these paintings.
