They Flew At Night
I love turning still life scenes into more abstract work, breaking down detail into shape, colour and pattern. Here I've used some favourite motifs to create this scene, circles, lines, dots and spoons. This is a sister piece to And I Waited There and At Lucie's Table.

Francesca has been licensing her work for publishing for a number of years, as well as creating her own prints for wall art.
She mainly creates by hand and colours digitally, although recently she’s been drawn to traditional methods, including paint and paper collage to create abstract works.
Francesca is the recipient of the Minted Emerging Fine Artist of the Year 2019.
She lives in London with her husband and two boys. less
