About the work
As a child, I loved taking family vacations to the beach. It was our happy place. I still find now that I'm older the beach still give me a sense of calm and I find myself painting a lot of seascapes for this reason. My hope is that the viewer has a similar response. Note: The original art piece shows a canvas texture.
