FAQ

How do I request a custom order?: Contact trade@minted.com and provide us with the following information so we can prepare a quote:
-Contact information (name, email, phone #)
-Special request: “I’d like to print this Minted art piece on acrylic”
-What is expected? Frame, finish, etc. Be as descriptive as possible.
-Link(s) to the requested Minted artwork(s)
-Quantity
-Installation date / due date
-Shipping destination
Can I specify any materials of my choosing?: If you have a specific material request, please email trade@minted.com and we will work with our suppliers to see what is possible. They currently stock a variety of frame finishes from metals to stained and painted woods in various thicknesses and are able to source new materials for volume orders.
Where can I find pricing on custom orders?: Because of the unique nature of these orders, we create a custom quote for each request. The print pricing will match the standard print pricing on our site (less trade program discount), but any variation in sizing or materials and finishes will require a custom quote through our vendors.
How long will it take to get a quote?: After submitting a quote request to trade@minted.com, you can expect to hear back from us within two business days with confirmation of your request and any follow-up questions we may have. From there, we will work with our vendors to assemble a custom quote for your project and should have that finalized within 10 business days. If you need a quote in fewer than 10 days, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What is the lead time on custom orders once I submit a purchase order?: While lead times for custom orders may vary based on materials specified, you can expect orders using stocked materials to ship within 2-3 weeks. Lead times for specially sourced materials will depend on supplier lead times and will be quoted on a per-order basis.
Do you accept returns on custom orders?: We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom-ordered products. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis due to quality issues or shipping damages only, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Can I request custom framing samples?: Custom frame samples can be provided at a cost, which will be determined based on type, and will go towards the cost of the order.
