About the work
Inspired by Franz Kline and Picasso, the graphic punch of black adds drama to this abstract work. Working on a satin black background, I layered white and off white paint to create a rich background for a simple circle of black, with added dimension from subtle layers of yellow. This piece adds a modern flair to any decor.
