Watermelon Moon
This painting is from a series of work that I created in a season between seasons. Watermelon Moon evokes the warm, saturated nights of summer. Where the moon sits low on the horizon and the night gives off a hazy glow the covers the night in possibilities.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
by Christina Flowers
Trained first as an Architect and Industrial Designer, I approach my work with structure and rhythm. Bold colors and forms are a constant in my artwork. I have found that each piece is as much about the journey as it is the finished work and that there is always magic in exploration! less
