Originally produced as 24x36" acrylic painting on canvas, this work depicts a segment of the Shenandoah Mountains in Virginia during a foggy spring morning, inspired by a drive taken in May 2017. This segment of the Virginia Blue Ridge mountains is known for frequently being blanketed in a deep fog, which creates a mysterious atmosphere that feels other-worldly.
