This illustration is drawn in graphite and colored pencil. It is an addition to the Aquatic High Jump series 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3. As a child, I was mother to a number of goldfish. They all lived in a tiny fishbowl. I watched them swim aimlessly in circles and often wondered if they ever thought of escaping. Here, I have given one the opportunity.
