This collection is inspired by waterscapes at night when you can barely see the other shore and the sky is alive but the camera can't quite capture that deep blue world. Renée Anne Bouffard-McManus began drawing, painting and making as a young child. She is a self-taught artist from Northern Ontario and lives in Toronto with her husband and three children. Renée Anne paints from her home studio and her work communicates a deep love for the natural world through whimsical and gentle, impressionist watercolour paintings.
