I'm always in awe of nature's color palette. My favorite is a golden field under a muted sky, right at the time when there is a hint of crisp, autumn air mixed with the smell of harvested hay fields. This painting was inspired by a nearby farm to our home. It dramatically sits alone surrounded by big sky and wide open fields.
