The term "mystic" has been defined as "involving or characterized by esoteric, otherworldly, or symbolic practices or content, as certain religious ceremonies and art; spiritually significant; ethereal". This abstract composition was inspired by the term and the artist's own relative experiences. Delicate brushstrokes dance effortlessly yet deliberately across the piece, in an attempt to convey that feeling of enlightenment when the ordinary is transcended by the power of the mind and spirit.
