White waves is a photograph I took of a beautiful white sandy beach in Tulum, Mexico. As the white sand was highly contrasted to the green and blue ocean it almost looked like it was glowing in the sunlight. I was immediately drawn to the subtle lines drawn in the sand from the soft rolling waves, creating a minimalistic and modern abstraction of the ocean.

Hi I’m Lisa Sundin, a self-taught Swedish photographer living in LA. I’m inherently drawn to simplicity and minimalism, and my work often has neutral or pastel hues with strong leading lines.
