I love photographing in the desert. Colors come alive at sunrise and sunset like no other landscape. I always enjoy how the soft pastels seem to contradict the prickly cacti and the harsh environment they thrive in. This particular collection was shot in the Valley of Fire, a beautiful landscape about an hour outside of Las Vegas, Nevada.
