Art PrintLet Go of the Recipe

Frame Close-up
For years I admired people who forged their own fresh baked bread. My earnest efforts failed until I learned to let go of the recipe and feel the consistency of the dough (which still took a year)! This modern still life captures the optimism of accomplishing a goal. The abstraction of common items mimics the intuition of creating without a recipe. Playful. Dappled with natural light. Full of hope: The things I wish for every day to be.
