I wanted to capture the amazing morning light filtering through a group of three glass bottles on my kitchen window ledge. Using acrylics I created a painting emphasizing the crisp lines and modern shapes of the bottle's silhouettes. The deep blue sky creates a stark contrast of their shapes.

I'm a Midwest designer, wife and mother of two amazing children. I work from my home-based studio in rural, northeast Ohio. I constantly find beauty in my everyday life and my surroundings, from the textures of an old barn to the clean lines of a freshly harvested field.
