This watercolor illustration of a vintage fire truck is inspired by the fascination my kid’s had every time a fire truck came by. This design features a hand painted vintage fire truck with the child’s name.

I’m an illustrator living and working in Berlin, Germany. Nature and the joy of exploring the world inspire much of what I create. Many years ago, I lived and studied in San Francisco. Since then, I’ve carried a little piece of California with me—especially when it comes to apple pie and peanut butter cups. And in case you’re wondering: frau brandt simply means mrs. brandt in German. less
