Perpetual State: 7 was created in a series of paintings at a time where I was embracing my identity, exploring sentiments of freedom and liberation, and using bold colors, movement, contrast, and mark-making to encourage the viewer to discuss and define perpetual, in the context of equality, as never ending or changing.
