Green Valley 1

In a Room
With this oil painting, I used a limited color palette to highlight the different shades of green in the light and shadow. I was drawn to the curving lines and bold shapes in the photo that I used for this piece.
This Art Print is part of a pair - consider pairing it with Green Valley 2.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
by Wendy Keller
Growing up on the Alberta prairies, living many years in coastal northern California, and now calling the Utah mountains home, I have a deep love of nature and the stunning vistas that inspire my work. With a BFA in Illustration, I’ve spent the past twenty five years raising four fantastic daughters and trying to find as much time as possible to paint. I work primarily in oils, and am constantly snapping photos to inspire future projects.
